XMS Heavy Industries is a metal fabrication, repair, and assembly shop in Westport, Massachusetts. Everything we sell is designed, TIG-welded, and inspected under one roof — no outsourced production, no drop-shipped mystery parts.
What we build
- Performance parts — chromoly suspension for the 2002–2010 VW Touareg 7L, Audi Q7, and Porsche Cayenne platform, and stainless equal-length exhaust for the BMW M62/M6X V8 and Volvo whiteblock R engines. Built to order, in batches, on a pre-order schedule.
- UHV/XHV vacuum work — ultra-high and extreme-high vacuum chambers, components, converters, and convoluted tubing for research, semiconductor, medical, and industrial programs. Fully custom, benchtop to building scale.
- Fabrication services — roll cages, marine fabrication, custom welding, repair work, and mail-in wheel repair for cracked and bent wheels.
How we work
Production parts are fabricated in batches: pay in full at checkout, your order locks a slot in the next run, and you get tracking the day it ships. Custom work starts with a conversation — send the details through the quote form and deal directly with the person doing the welding.
