Stainless equal-length exhaust work, TIG-welded in-house and built to order in batches. This collection covers our production exhaust parts: equal-length headers for the BMW M62/M6X V8 (this first run is E38-specific, in stainless) and an equal-length exhaust manifold for Volvo whiteblock R engines — S60R and V70R — that retains stock component positions and adds ports for individual EGT sensors.

Equal-length runner design is the core of both projects, and each unit is welded and inspected in our shop before it ships. These runs are batch-priced: the first BMW stainless batch is priced at-cost, and later batches will cost more, so pre-ordering early locks both your production slot and the current price.

Every order is a pre-order — pay in full at secure Shopify checkout, your slot locks into the next production run, and you get tracking the day it ships.
