The stock M62 manifolds suffocate the engine and cook everything around them. There is no off-the-shelf alternative — so we built one.
Equal-length exhaust headers for the BMW M62/M6X V8. This first production run is E38-specific, TIG-welded in steel and stainless.
Design
- Equal-length runner design in near-stock packaging — retains stock positions of almost everything
- Steel and Stainless steel construction (this batch)
- Available future options: individual EGT ports, collector and exhaust-band choices, ceramic coating, and high-heat-tolerance materials including Inconel — ask for a spec quote
On price
Roughly a third of what the discontinued alternative sold for — and this first steel and stainless batch is priced at-cost. The next batch will see a significant price increase. What you're paying for is the thing that keeps your engine and valvetrain from being cooked alive.
