UHV/XHV Converter

Custom UHV/XHV flange converters, TIG-welded in-house. From half-inch fittings to six-foot assemblies — straight or convoluted (bellows) tubing, built to your drawing or spec.

Capabilities

• Lengths from 0.5 in to 6 ft; flange or fitting width up to 25 in
• Materials: 304 stainless steel or titanium — titanium for XHV work, with roughly 100× lower hydrogen outgassing than 304L
• Flange and fitting standards: CF (ConFlat), KF, ISO, VCR, Viton-sealed, and similar
• Straight tube, or convoluted/bellows sections for vibration isolation, bakeout thermal expansion, and misalignment
• Serving UHV, XHV, semiconductor, medical, atomic science, and materials science programs
