The stock manifold chokes the turbo until it dies. There is no off-the-shelf equal-length alternative for the whiteblock — so we built one.

Equal-length exhaust manifold for Volvo whiteblock R engines (S60R / V70R), TIG-welded in steel or stainless.

Design

• Equal-length runner design
• Retains stock positions of almost everything — no relocation headaches
• Ports for individual EGT sensors
• Available options: collector and exhaust-band choices, ceramic coating, high-heat materials including Inconel — ask for a spec quote
• Greater modularity planned for future revisions
