Refund policy

Pre-order and built-to-order parts

All production parts are fabricated to order in batches. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before your batch enters fabrication. Once fabrication of your batch has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded except as described below.

Defects and workmanship

If a part arrives damaged or with a workmanship defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace the part, or refund it if repair or replacement is not practical.

Wheel repair service

If we inspect your wheel and determine it cannot be safely repaired, we will refund the service price and return the wheel to you.

Custom and quoted work

Refund terms for custom fabrication and vacuum program orders are stated on the quote for that job.
