Pre-order terms

Production parts are built to order in batches. Payment in full at checkout reserves your slot in the production queue. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees; we will keep you informed as your batch progresses.

Fitment

It is the responsibility of the buyer to confirm fitment for their vehicle and drivetrain before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us through the quote form and we will confirm before you order.

Intended use

Performance and off-road parts are intended for off-road and motorsport use. The buyer assumes all risk associated with installation and use. Parts should be installed by a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XMS Heavy Industries is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
